30-Day Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unused and in original condition.
• Items must be returned in original packaging.
• Custom/personalized orders are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
• Sale items are exchange-only unless defective.

Return Shipping Charges

Return sending/courier charges are paid by the buyer. This applies to India and international returns. If the item is damaged or defective, return shipping is handled by us.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at rooprugs@gmail.com with your order number and return reason.
2. Our team will share return approval and address details.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it with tracking.
4. Refund/exchange is processed after quality inspection.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective rug, report within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange replacement/refund and return logistics at no extra cost.
